About the event
The Covid19 Pandemic has presented us with several immediate and long term challenges. The Dais has been working with stakeholders around the world towards achievement of SDGs and along with Seekho, is inviting you to join us to take on key problems which face us through The Dais Youth Impact Challenge. The Dais Youth Impact Challenge is being hosted by The Dais & Seekho in support of the International Youth Day 2021 and will be held in two stages over July - August, concluding with the Awards Ceremony on the 12th August, International Youth Day.
Our objective is to identify the best ideas and develop them collaboratively with the youth and partners towards tangible impact.
Thematic Focus
- Quality Education: SDG 4: Policy Suggestions
Digitalisation of Education is a key challenge in the Pandemic at both the school and university level.
Our focus is to develop an effective and mutually convenient assessment system for Universities and recruitment system for assessment of candidates for employment
- Gender Equality: Access to Reproductive Health: SDG 5: Project Creation
Engagement of Resident Welfare Associations in creating support for Reproductive Health Support for Women in Urban areas.
- Access to Health: SDG 3: Project Creation
Creating health support for elderly and aging people with special focus on mental health, ortho problems
- Climate Action: SDG 13: Solutions - Business Plan/Project Creation
Management of Pollution due to the Covid19 Pandemic: Medical Waste
- Zero Hunger: SDG 2: Project Creation
Fulfillment of nutrition and dietary needs for pregnant women and early mothers and their children
