Our humanity and planet Earth are under threat. Urgent action, taken together, is needed to change course and reimagine our futures. Education, long acknowledged as a powerful force for positive change, has new, urgent and important work to do.

As the world is seeing a big shift in all systems due to the Covid-19 pandemic, education too needs its own transitions in preparing us for a better future. The committee will discuss the present context of education and the world along with the challenges and opportunities which the future will hold.
